About
Built Different.
Master Stepper LLC is a Seattle-based design and technology consultancy founded by Liam Eberhardt. We work with the companies that refuse to be ordinary.
The Story
10 years. 50+ projects. Zero boring work.
Liam Eberhardt has spent over a decade at the intersection of design, technology, and culture. He's shipped products for game studios, scaled startups, and enterprise tech companies — always with the same conviction: great design isn't decoration, it's strategy.
Master Stepper LLC was founded to give ambitious companies access to senior-level creative and technical thinking without the overhead of a large agency. Small team, big output, zero fluff.
Based in Seattle, WA — a city that's produced some of the world's most influential technology companies — Master Stepper operates at the frontier of what's possible in product design and creative technology.

Philosophy
How we think.
Design is a competitive advantage
The best products don't just work — they feel inevitable. We design for that feeling.
Ship fast, iterate faster
Perfect is the enemy of shipped. We move with urgency and refine with precision.
Technology should serve humans
Every technical decision is a design decision. We never lose sight of the person on the other end.
Opinions are a feature
We don't do 'whatever the client wants.' We bring a point of view — and we defend it.
